đ Our Story
The foundation of "Allama Iqbal Teachers Training College" is laid in the memory of Late Sir Allama Mohammad Iqbal, the great Urdu poet, philosopher and patriot. The College is situated at Balapur, Belaganj, Gaya (BIHAR) on Bela Panari road, 2.5 KM west of Falgu river.
The institution is run by "Allama Iqbal Educational Society". The college has been declared as a Minority Educational Institution by (NCMEI) National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions, New Delhi, vide Letter No. 1780 dated 7th Feb, 2013.
The institute arose out of humble origins, followed by a noble effort by the authorities to revive the old tradition of learning and teaching, an essential feature of ancient Bihar. The unique combination of river and mountain scenery, with its calm and scenic ambience, provides a highly congenial atmosphere for learning. đī¸
